The challenge
Tenant meetings, staff conferences and town halls are where organisations most need to hear people — and where the loudest voices usually win. Off-the-shelf tools are built for tech companies, need accounts and apps, and aren’t designed for rooms where some people want to be heard without being named.
02
The idea
Every voice in the room, on one screen. One tool that runs a whole session — live questions, polls, word clouds, your own slides and team games — with every phone in the room as a controller. If people can scan a QR code, they can take part.
03
The execution
Built with AI, directed by me. I designed the product, wrote the brief for every screen and built it end to end with AI coding tools — the join flow, the presenter view, moderation, games and the website that sells it.
Three steps, nothing to install. Every slide carries a QR code and a short event code. People join on their phone with no app and no account, and add their name or stay anonymous.
Safe for public meetings. Moderation means nothing goes up without approval; hosts can merge duplicates and choose which question is answered next, and unkind words are filtered before anyone sees them.
One run of slides for the whole session. Questions, polls, title and content slides, quizzes, a spinning wheel, an escape room and The Traitors sit side by side — presented from one laptop with private notes, clicker support and a PDF report afterwards.
A business model from day one. Free, Team, Organisation and Enterprise tiers, aimed at housing associations, councils and trusts.
