Internal comms competes with everything else in a busy inbox. Leadership messages and colleague stories needed a format people would actually choose to watch.

A regular video podcast — relaxed conversations with leaders and colleagues, with its own identity, filmed and edited like a proper show.

I conceived the series, created its branding, and led production: multi-camera set-up, filming, editing and cutting short clips for the intranet and social channels.

Great People Live brought the same thinking to a live show, with its own opening sting and guest line-ups such as “Great for our Business”.
