01
The challenge
A housing association has a lot to say — to customers, colleagues, partners, funders and the bodies that award major contracts — and every audience needs something different. The creative had to be consistently excellent, on brand and on time, across all of it.
02
The idea
Run the in-house team like a studio: one creative standard, clear direction on every brief, and a trusted partner to senior stakeholders — so the organisation comes to the team first, not last.
03
The execution
I manage and mentor the in-house design and creative team, and I’m recognised as the go-to creative lead across the business. I work closely with senior stakeholders to turn strategic objectives into creative that lands.
The work ranges from emotive customer films and a Corporate Plan launch, to safeguarding campaigns, an internal podcast and live show, a fully virtual conference, Matterport tours and bid visuals that helped win major contracts. Highlights are below.
