AI Innovation

AI innovation.

AI isn’t a side project for me — it’s how my team works. I use it to make more of what we already own, to reach buyers in new places, and to build real software and websites myself. Here’s where I use it, and what it’s made possible.

  1. 01

    Building software with AI

I design and build working software with AI coding tools — taking an idea from brief to a live product without waiting for a development team. In the Room is a live Q&A, polls and games app for events, built for tenant meetings, conferences and town halls. Nuff Sports is a football data app with live data, accounts and member tiers.

    Building websites with AI

This portfolio was designed and built with AI: a fast, accessible site with a content system I edit myself, automatic sharing images, and every page checked for speed and accessibility before it goes live.

This portfolio’s homepage in a browser: “Creative leadership that sells.”
  3. 03

    AI video from CGI

Higgsfield and image-to-video tools turn the renders we already own into motion: slow push-ins, light moving across a kitchen, leaves in the breeze. A whole campaign of Reels without a shoot — including a New Year film built from a single aerial render.

  4. 04

    AI imagery & every format

One CGI becomes a set of moods — dawn, golden hour, dusk; autumn, frost, blossom — with people added to empty rooms, and any render recomposed for Stories, feed, 48-sheet and tram panel with the scene extended rather than cropped.

  5. 05

    AI in media & search

Among the first UK housebuilders to advertise inside ChatGPT, where ads sit under the answer when someone asks where to live. On Meta, AI-driven audiences and placements do the targeting while the creative does the talking.

  6. 06

    AI in strategy & planning

Research, audience insight, channel planning and first drafts — with human judgement on top. It’s how a nine-month, multi-channel launch plan like Chorlton Grange comes together quickly and properly costed.

  7. 07

    Leading teams through AI

Bringing AI into a creative team responsibly: choosing the tools, setting where it’s used and where it isn’t, and training people so it adds to their craft rather than replacing it.
