Creative and comms teams lose hours to briefs in inboxes, unclear priorities and chasing approvals. Coventry City Council’s communications team needed one place to run their work.

Design the workflow first, then build it: intake forms, clear stages, automations and dashboards that show leaders what’s happening without asking.

As a certified Monday.com builder I mapped the team’s process, built the boards, forms and automations, and trained the team to run and adapt it themselves.

I use the same approach to run my own in-house studio at Great Places.
